You work with our team in the industrial and logistics sector, on leasing transactions, warehouses and built-to-suit projects, representing occupiers and landlords.

About the role

We are looking for a consultant for the industrial and logistics sector to manage leasing and sale transactions for logistics space, warehouses and production units. The role involves working directly with occupiers searching for suitable premises and with landlords looking to market their portfolio.

The work covers the entire cycle of a transaction, from requirements analysis and site identification to negotiation and contract completion. It is a position suited to a professional who understands the specifics of the industrial market and prefers a structured, data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

  • Managing industrial and logistics leasing transactions for modern space and warehouses
  • Advising clients on built-to-suit projects, from requirement definition to delivery
  • Representing occupiers in identifying and negotiating suitable premises
  • Representing landlords in marketing and leasing their portfolios
  • Analysing locations in terms of accessibility, infrastructure and operating costs
  • Preparing presentation materials, estimates and transaction documentation

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in real estate advisory, preferably in the industrial and logistics sector
  • Knowledge of the local market and understanding of the factors that influence relocation decisions
  • Ability to negotiate and manage long-term client relationships
  • Attention to detail and rigour in analysing locations and contracts
  • Category B driving licence and availability for site visits
  • Professional working proficiency in English, for working with international clients
