Senior Consultant — Office (Office Advisory)

We are looking for a senior consultant to represent tenants and landlords in the office sector and lead mandates from analysis through to closing.

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in the office sector, you will represent companies searching for, relocating or consolidating their premises, as well as landlords marketing their buildings. You will coordinate complex mandates, from market analysis and site selection to negotiating and signing contracts.

The role combines market analysis, client relationships and transaction execution, within an organisation expanding nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Representing tenants and landlords in office leasing transactions.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of clients and long-term relationships.
  • Analysing the market, occupancy costs and location options.
  • Coordinating the selection, negotiation and structuring of contracts.
  • Preparing commercial proposals, presentations and reports for clients.
  • Working with the research, marketing and asset management teams.

Requirements

  • At least 4–5 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory, B2B sales or business development.
  • Understanding of the office market and commercial occupancy dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Results orientation, autonomy and analytical rigour.
  • Good command of English.
  • Category B driving licence.
