What it involves

We identify the coworking operators and serviced space providers relevant to the target area, compare per-desk cost structures against traditional rent, and negotiate scaling clauses, expansion rights and exit terms that protect you in both scenarios. Where a hybrid solution is justified, we structure parallel contracts or flexibility clauses within the same premises, to avoid needlessly fragmenting the team. The result is a documented, financially compared decision, not a first-glance estimate.
