Tenant Representation
Operational Relocation
We plan and coordinate the entire relocation process, from the moving schedule to the handover of the space, so that the organisation’s activity continues without interruption.
Moving into a new space is not a one-day event, but a project with dozens of dependencies that can halt the business if they are not synchronised. We coordinate the relocation as a single timeline, so your teams keep working and the transition stays invisible to clients. This service is part of Tenant Representation.
What it involves
We build a detailed relocation schedule and appoint a single point of coordination between your organisation, the landlord, contractors and moving providers. We establish the order of the phases — handing over the old space, accepting the works in the new one, transferring IT equipment and furniture — and set the thresholds by which each stage must be completed. Along the way we track critical deadlines, anticipate bottlenecks and adjust the plan in real time, so that moving day is simply the execution of an already tested sequence, not an improvisation.
Common situations
We step in most often in contexts where a business interruption would have a direct cost:
- Moving an office with dozens of employees without losing a working day
- Overlapping rent periods between the old and the new space
- Coordinating the transfer of IT and communications infrastructure
- Handing back the previous space to the standard required in the contract
- Synchronising the move with the completion of the fit-out in the new premises
- Consolidating several work locations into a single one
