What it involves
We build a detailed relocation schedule and appoint a single point of coordination between your organisation, the landlord, contractors and moving providers. We establish the order of the phases — handing over the old space, accepting the works in the new one, transferring IT equipment and furniture — and set the thresholds by which each stage must be completed. Along the way we track critical deadlines, anticipate bottlenecks and adjust the plan in real time, so that moving day is simply the execution of an already tested sequence, not an improvisation.
