Consolidation means rethinking the entire portfolio of spaces as a single real estate decision, part of our service of Tenant Representation, and resettling it into a unified, more efficient configuration.
What it involves
We start from a complete analysis of the spaces you already occupy: areas, actual utilisation rates, contract terms and clauses, total occupancy costs per location. Based on this data we build consolidation scenarios and identify in the market the single space that can take over the entire activity, synchronising the exit from existing contracts with the entry into the new location. We negotiate the commercial terms and manage the transition so that the company does not pay overlapping rents and is not left exposed on unused space. The entire process is run from the tenant’s perspective, without simultaneously representing the landlord.
