About the Role:
As a Retail Leasing Specialist at 4Biz Properties, you will be responsible for managing leasing activities across retail spaces in the Moldova region, with a focus on Iași and neighboring cities. Your role will be to identify suitable tenants, negotiate lease terms, and build strong relationships with both landlords and retail brands.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead leasing efforts for retail units, retail parks, and shopping centers
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential tenants
  • Conduct market research and analyze rental trends and demand
  • Facilitate lease negotiations and prepare commercial proposals
  • Coordinate property viewings and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized client solution
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
    • What You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in leasing or commercial real estate
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and commercial leasing principles
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven and highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in Romanian and English
  • Valid driver’s license and availability for regular site visits and meetings
